高原低氧对鼠脑cAMP和cGMP含量的影响 被引量:5

摘要 本文应用放射免疫学方法观察了出生并生长在海拔397米的标化SD大鼠,急进入高原24小时后,其大脑皮层和小脑内cAMP和cGMP的含量。所选海拔高度为2300米、5000米和8000米。结果表明,大脑皮层cAMP的含量因海拔高度的升高而升高(P<0.005)。与海拔5000米相比,海拔8000米时cAMP的含量有所降低,(P<0.05)。cGMP含量未随海拔高度的升高而改变。cAMP/cGMP比值在三个海拔高度依次出现低、高、低的相应变化(P<0.005)。小脑内cAMP和cGMP含量均随海拔高度的升高而增高(p<0.05),三个海拔高度cAMP/cGMP比值未见显著性变化。提示cAMP和cGMP参与了脑缺氧反应。 In order to study the influence of hypoxia on cyclic nucleotides in the brain, we designed three heights that were elevation of 2300m, 5000m and 8000m. In our experiments Sprague-Dawley rats (about 150 gram)had been used. Hypoxia was produced by the decompression cabin for 24 hours. After this time animals were sacrificed by decapitation It could be seen from the results that cAMP concentration in cerebral cortex were increased with the elevating height, but decreased at the elevation of 8000m. cGMP concentration was unchanged at all heights. Therefore cAMP/cGMP ratio appeared low to high to low. Both of cAMP and cGMP concen- tration in cerebellum were increased with the height elevating, cAMP/cGMP ratio was unchanged. The present paper obtained the influence of hypoxia on cyclic nucleotides concentration in cerebral cortex and cerebellum. It is concluded that changes of cyclic nucleotides in the brain tissue have refer- ence to degrees of hypoxia.
