基于氨基比林有还原性,在酸性介质中可将Fe3+还原为Fe2+,邻二氮菲能与所生成的Fe2+显色生成红色络合物,最大吸收峰在510nm处。借助邻二氮菲光度法测定了片剂中的氨基比林含量,结果满意。

Amidopyrine can be oxidized by Fe(III) in acidic solution. Fe(II) can form a complex with O-phenanthroline hydrate, Its absorbance measured at 510 nm is directly proportional to the amount of amidopyrine. This is an easier and more satisfactory way to determine amidopyrine in amidopyrine pills.
