摘要
旨在探究一种能够提高多气门汽油机滚流进气道进气性能的新技术.通过分析滚流进气道进气充量的动力学,提出了由传统滚流进气道和副气道组合的进气道结构.用滚流试验的方法,对比了几个不同方位的副气道.证明利用副气道的作用,可以实现增强缸内滚流而不影响进气流量.
A new technique for improving the performance of the tumble inlet ports of multi-valve SI engine was proposed. By analyzing the kinetics of intake air flow from the tumble inlet ports, a composed inlet port configuration with a traditional tumble port and a sub-port was investigated. A few different sub-ports were tested on a steady flow rig. The results show that when an ideal sub-port is in use, the goal of enhancing in-cylinder bumble intensity and maintaining the intake flow coefficient could be achieved.
