TLRs与抗结核免疫
摘要
TLRs是近来在哺乳动物中发现的同源于果蝇Toll的蛋白分子 ,在宿主的天然免疫中具有重要的作用。最近的研究表明 ,TLRs是介导宿主对结核杆菌的识别及抗结核免疫反应的关键分子。目前对TLRs基因敲除小鼠的研究有望进一步揭开各个TLRs在抗结核免疫中的确切作用机制。
