上皮-间充质营养单位和慢性哮喘
摘要
上皮 间充质营养单位在慢性哮喘发病机制中起重要作用。在基因和环境因素的作用下 ,易感者的上皮细胞容易发生损伤 ,并且修复延迟 ,从而引起以TH2 细胞免疫应答为主的慢性炎症和以成肌纤维细胞激活为主的气道重塑过程 ,并相互作用共同导致慢性哮喘。
