摘要
发动机零部件众多、装配工艺复杂,在装配过程中需要大量的装配工艺文档支持,并需处理大量的装配数据,因此开发发动机装配过程实时管理系统可大大提高发动机装配质量与效率。本文在对发动机装配过程进行深入研究的基础上,阐述了发动机装配过程实时管理系统的功能需求及系统设计方法,介绍了数据库技术、虚拟实景造型语言在系统设计中的应用。
Because of the large quantity of parts, the complex structure and the complex assembly process of engine, during the engine assembly process, a lot of assembly technology documents are needed, and a lot of assembly technology data need to be processed. In this paper, author exploited the real time management system of engine assembly process. It can improve the quality and efficiency of engine assembly process. Based on the comprehensive study of engine assembly process, the function, the method of system design and the application of database technology and Virtual Reality Modeling Language (VRML) to the system design are introduced.
