村级经济是村级组织正常运行的基础 ,只有把村级经济放在突出位置 ,才能保证村级财力有稳定的来源 ,确保村级组织的正常运行。本文通过对无锡市滨湖区税费改革后村级组织运行现状及存在问题进行分析 ,提出了发展壮大村级经济的具体措施。

The economy at the village level is the foundation of organization's normal running at the village level. Only placing the economy at the village level on the important position, could guarantee that there are steady sources in the financial resources at village level , and then guarantee the normal running of organization at the village level. The author analyses current situation and existing problem which the organization at the village level operates after the reform of taxation expenses of Binhu region of Wuxi deeply, and puts forward the economic concrete measure at village level of developing.
