摘要
随着淡水资源的减少和污染,海水作为碳钢冷却器冷却用水将发挥很大的作用。对冷却管单独采用阴极保护或涂装涂层不能达到理想的保护效果,在分析了管内涂层质量是冷却管管内电位分布的主要影响因素基础上,对海水冷却管采用铝牺牲阳极阴极保护和涂装高质量环氧聚酰胺涂层的联合保护措施。经过近一年的实验运行,两种内径的冷却管均能达到-0.78V的阴极保护标准,可有效防止海水对冷却管的腐蚀。
With the decrease and pollution of the resource of fresh water, sea water will play an important role as a cooling water for carbon steel coolers. To solve the problem that ideal result of protection of cooling pipes cannot be achieved by using cathodic protection or coating only, based on confirming that the quality of the coating inside the pipes is the main factor affecting the potential distribution inside the cooling pipes, a combined protective measure of using aluminium sacrificial anode protection and applying high-quality epoxy polyamide coating was taken for the sea-water cooling pipes. It is shown through an almost one-year experimental running that the cooling pipes of two different inside diameters can reach the standard of cathodic protection, which is -0.78 V, and can effectively protect the cooling pipes from the corrosion by sea water.
