论述国内有线电视网络在向综合业务网全面发展中构建并实现集约化网络管理的重要性 ,分析了基于HFC网络的集成网管平台的结构模型及功能需求 。

This thesis discusses importance of the integrated network management in the domestic CATV network's evolution to integrated-service network, analyses the functional requirements and structual model of the integrated network management platform based on HFC network. The design and implementation of the billing system for IP network in radio & TV industry are then introduced.
