摘要 介绍大冶有色金属公司冶炼厂硫酸四系列干吸、转化工序的工艺流程和设备的设计特点。一吸塔采用高温吸收工艺,干吸塔采用低位高效设计,干燥塔循环槽、一吸塔和二吸塔的共用循环槽均为卧式槽设计,一吸塔和二吸塔共用循环槽、循环泵和酸冷却器,转化工序采用"3+1"两转两吸,ⅣⅠ-ⅢⅡ换热流程,转化工序对每台换热器(SO3冷却器除外)均设置了旁路副线,并且增设了一段催化剂层的旁路,系统热稳定性好。试生产中,主体设备均运行正常。 Design features of process flow and equipment of drying and absorption and conversion sections in Daye' s No. 4 sulphuric acid plant are described. Intermediate absorption tower was designed to operate at high temperature. Drying and absorption towers had low-level and high-efficiency design with a separated horizontal circulation tank for drying tower and a common horizontal circulation tank, pump and acid cooler for intermediate and final absorption towers. The conversion section was designed in 3+1 configuration with ⅣⅤ-ⅢⅡ heat ex change mode. For thermal stability of system, bypass was installed for every heat exchanger except for S03 cooler and as well for first converter pass. Main equipment operated well during commissioning.
