介绍了北方铜业冶炼厂硫酸二系统的工艺流程、设备结构及生产运行情况等。硫酸系统采用了一转一吸加尾气吸收工艺,净化工序采用了空塔-填料塔-两级电除雾器的稀酸洗流程,转化工序采用了不锈钢与碳钢相结合的转化器和新型碟环式换热器,尾吸采用了先进的动力波洗涤器。两年的生产运行表明,硫酸二系统的设计是合理的,生产控制指标基本上达到或好于设计值,尾气排放完全达到了国家排放标准,彻底解决了冶炼烟气对环境的污染问题。
Process flow, equipment design and operation of Northern Copper Smelter' s No.2 sulphuric acid sys tem are described in detail. The system was designed to a single absorption plus tail gas absorption process. The cleaning section adopted a weak acid scrubbing process with empty tower, packed tower and tow-stage wet elec trostatic precipitators. Conversion section had a both stainless steel and carbon steel-fabricated converter and new type disc and doughnut heat exchangers. In tail gas treatment section, advanced DynaWave scrubber was in stalled. Two years of operation showed that No. 2 sulphuric acid system had a reasonable design with process con trol indexes up to or superior to design targets and tail gas up to national emission standard, which completely settled the problem of environmental pollution.
