摘要 以二氯甲烷作溶剂,采用同时蒸馏萃取法提取,用GC和GC-MS检测,建立了烟用香精中挥发性成分的定性和定量分析方法,用于某一实际样品的分析,共鉴定了59种成分,占样品中提取出的挥发性和半挥发性成分总数的87.61%。 After dichloromethane extraction with simultaneous distillation extraction, the obtained sample was detected with GC and GC-MS. Then, the qualitative and quantitative method for the volatile components in tobacco flavor was presented. The developed method was used for analysis of a real sample. 59 components in it were identified and quantified, accounting for about 87.61% of the total content of extracted volatile and semi-components.
