河南省“三农”问题理论与实践研讨会综述

A Summery of Forum For Henan "Three Issues of Agriculture, Countryside and Peasants"

“三农”问题一直是党和政府各项工作的重中之重。为了深入交流“三农”问题的研究成果,河南省农业厅、河南省社科联、河南省改革发展研究院召开河南省“三农”问题理论与实践研讨会。就农业经济结构调整、农业产业化、农民增收、劳动力转移、税费改革、土地制度、农民专业合作组织、农村基层政权机构改革等问题进行讨论,提出了一系列切实可行的措施,力图为推动“三农”问题的解决起到积极的作用。

The three issues of agriculture,countryside and peasants' have been the focus for the Party and government work. In order to exchange research work about the above problems, a forum was jointly organized by Agriculture Department of Henan Province, Henan Association of the Circle of Social Scientific Workers, and Research School for Reform and Development of Henan Province.The forum discussed the problems on the regulation of agriculturel economical structure, industrialization of agriculture, the increase of income for peasants, the shift of labor force, the reform of taxes and charges, land systems,specialty organizations of cooperation,and the reform of the organs of political power at the rural grass-roots level. The forum played a positive role by putting forward a series of feasible measures.
