Clinical Effect of Rougan Jianpi Method in Treating Diarrhea of Irritable Bowel Syndrome

目的 观察应用四苓加芩芍汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征临床疗效。方法 采用随机对照试验 ,将 70例患者随机分成治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组 4 0例 ,服用四苓加芩芍汤 ,对照组 30例 ,服用易蒙停。结果 治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为 92 .5 %和 6 6 .7% ,其差异比较有显著统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 本方主要针对肝气过旺 ,脾湿下注病机 ,具有柔肝燥湿运脾作用 。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Silingqinshou Decoction(SLQSD)in treating diarrhea of irritable bowel syndrome.Methods 70 patients were randomly divided in to two groups:the treatment group with 40 cases treated with SLQSD,and the control with 30 cases treated with Loperamide Hydrochloride.Results The curative rate of the treatment group reached 92.5% while that of the control group was 66.7%,the difference was of statistic significance.Conclusions SLQSD is effective in clinically in treating diarrhea of irritable bowel syndrome,aiming at pathologic changes of Excessive of Liver-Qi and Collapse of Spleen-Dammpness.
