成品油仓储企业发展规划的编制公式

为了科学合理地编制至2010年的发展规划,介绍了广东省规定的成品油仓储企业在编制发展规划中的三条基本计算公式,即成品油的消费量预测、中转库规划新增库容和分销库规划新增库容的计算公式,并举例作了说明。

Three basic formulas for planning are introduced. They are formulas to predict oil consumption, calculate new capacities of transit depot and distributing depot. Application of the formulas is illustrated. They are helpful to avoid blind expansion and needless duplication.
