摘要 针对浙江发电市场并结合东南公司实际及积累的报价工作经验,提出了报价系统的设计要求,并相应开发了报价系统的功能模块和硬件系统。该系统主要由数据采集存储、市场结算、市场分析、报价决策和系统管理等5个模块组成,并采用TCP/IP网络技术进行通信,解决了公司总部与地理位置分布较远的分公司之间的通信问题。经过1年多的实践表明,该报价系统可以利用计算机模拟系统负荷出力平衡来预测未来市场边际清算电价,能分析前一日各竞价发电商的市场占有率,并能分析本发电商的利润情况,做到了知己知彼报价,为发电公司取得了较好的经济效益。 In accordance with Zhejiang generation market, the requirements of the bidding system is proposed according to the bidding experience of southeast company, then the function modules and hardware system of the bidding system are developed, which contains five main modules as information acquisition and processing module of generation market, market settlement module, market analysis module, bidding decision and system management module. Furthermore, TCP/IP network technique is adopted to help communication easily between headquarter and far distributed sub-companies in geography. Through one year's operation, the system can analyze actual generation bidding circumstance and help generation company bid with knowing the situations of the other partners and itself, so as to earn more economic benefits in the generation market.
