摘要
用共沉淀法和溶胶凝胶法制备了以CuMn2O4尖晶石为主相的Cu-Mn复合氧化物粉体,并制成负载型CuMn2O4/(Ce(Zr)O2)/cord催化剂,同时测定了CO-O2和CO-NOx的反应活性即λ特性和温度特性,发现空速≤3000h-1情况下,富氧条件下(λ>1.02)溶胶凝胶法制备的CuMn2O4/(Ce(Zr)O2)/cord催化剂的NOx转化率高于Pd/Ce(Zr)O2/cord.
Cu-Mn compound oxide powder in which CuMn_2O_4 is a major phase was prepared by coprecipitation and sol-gel method.Support catalysts CuMn_2O_4/cord and CuMn_2O_4/Ce(Zr)O_2/cord were prepared too.The characters of λ and temperatare as the measurement of activities of CO-O_2 and CO-NO_x reactions were performed.It was found that under the rich oxygen condition (lean burn),λ≥1.02 and SV=3 000 h^(-1), NO_x conversion of CuMn_2O_4/Ce(Zr)O_2/cord catalyst had better activity.
