摘要
阐述了小波包变换的基本原理 ,并利用小波包分解与重构技术实现轴承内圈形状误差、波纹度和表面粗糙度 3项误差的分离 ,获得 3种误差的时域特性及频谱特性图。实验证明 。
The basic principle of wavelet packet is described, and the decomposition and reconstruction technique of wavelet packet are applied to realize the seperation of the bearing inner-circle form error, waveness and roughness, and the time domain character and frequency spectrum character figures of the three kinds of errors are acquired. The experiment proves that the analysis method of wavelet packet has been reliably applied on the seperation of the errors in the bearing errors measuring system.
