摘要
针对当前铁路给排水工程的设计、施工、管理的现状 ,分析铁路给排水工程自身的特点及所面临的问题 ,提出一些改善设计、推广使用新技术、新材料的建议和设想。针对当前国情强调了设计与实际紧密结合的重要性及其现实意义 ,提请高度重视排水的处理及利用问题 。
An analysis was made of current situation of water supply and drainage for railways and existing problems. Proposals were raised on improvement of design, use of new technology and new materials. The importance of integrating design with practical need was stressed for the leaping forward development of China railway.
