摘要 日益突出的自身免疫病及移植排斥问题为进一步深入认识免疫耐受形成及维持的机制提出了迫切要求。本文综述了免疫应答的启动、免疫耐受形成、维持机制以及免疫耐受诱导等几方面最新的研究进展。
