摘要 FAP 1是近年来发现的一种Fas系统的负调控因子 ,有文献报道在一些恶性肿瘤和自身免疫系统疾病中FAP 1的表达明显增高 ,并且可能与这些疾病抵抗Fas介导的凋亡有关系。本文试就FAP 1的结构、功能及其在恶性肿瘤与自身免疫系统疾病中的作用等方面作一简要综述。
