基因组免疫系统 被引量：6

摘要 随着对RNAi现象及其功能的深入研究 ,揭示dsRNA/siRNA具靶向降解特异性mRNA、抑制相应基因表达作用 ,有抵抗病毒和转座子入侵基因组的重要功能 ,故被称为“基因组免疫系统”。本文综述了该系统的发现、功能、作用机制和应用前景。
