我国信息系统发展道路与模式的探讨

On the developing ways and modes of information systems in China

本文论述了在加速我国信息化进程时，研究信息系统的基本结构及开发策略的重要性。主要内容为：１）发展信息系统必须走国产化道路；２）必须跨越时代，发展综合信息系统；３）必须跟踪世界，发展智能信息系统；４）提出我国信息系统的基本模式；５）提出适合我国信息系统的开发方法──改进原型法。

The significance of basic structure and deyelopment policy of information systems is discussed in this paper, with the following points of view: (1) the information system to be developed should be manufactured with parts and components made in China; (2) synthetical information system should be developed; (3) the intelligent information system should be deyeloped, (4) basic mods of information system should be developed; (5) deyelopment methodology of information systems which will be fit for China should be adopted, i. e., improvement prototyping method.
