摘要
本文报道经钒暴露后鲤鱼血清胆固醇含量变化和钒在鱼体组织内的积累和分布。结果表明,经钒暴露后血清胆固醇含量下降,用药组和对照组相比,有非常显著差异。血清胆固醇含量的降低在一定用药剂量范围内,随用药剂量的增加而加甚。并与药物暴露的时间呈平行关系。钒在鲤鱼体内的分布和积累,按组织含量的多少依次为:肝脏>骨骼>肌肉。钒在肝脏中的积累有随药物暴露时间延长而增加的趋势。尤应指出的是肝脏中钒的积累量增加与血清胆固醇降低的趋势较为一致。
Both the variation of the contents of serum cholesterol and the accumulation and distribution in different tissues of cyprinus carpio after being exposed to vanadium coatainminate water have been studied. Results show that the contents of the serum cholesterol in medicated fish group decrease significatly as compared with those of control group. Within a certain range of vanadium dosage, the decreasing rate of the cortents of serum cholesterol keeps pace with the increasing rate of vanadium medicated, and, in the meantime, it is parallel to the time the fish exposed. The order of vanadium accumulated in different tissues of fish tested is liver>bone>muscle. The amount of vanadium accumulated in liver increses along with the fish exposed. Especially, the tendency of the accumulation of vanadium in liver fairly coincides with the decreasing of the cholesterol in serum.
