摘要
以 8 氨基喹啉为母体合成了 5 [( 4 氯 2 胂酸基苯基 )偶氮 ] 8 氨基喹啉 (CAPAQ)并对其与钴的显色反应进行了研究 .在阳离子表面活性剂CTMAB存在下 ,于pH 9.6的硼砂缓冲溶液中 ,试剂与钴形成棕褐色配合物 ,其最大吸收波长位于 60 5nm ,摩尔吸光系数为 9.44× 1 0 4L·mol-1·cm-1,钴的量在 0~ 1 3μg/2 5mL范围内符合比耳定律 ,方法用于VB12 中钴的测定 ,结果满意 .
The synthesis of 5 [(4 Choloro 2 Arseniphenylazo)] 8 Aminoquinoline(CAPAQ) and the color reaction with cobalt have been studied. The complex of reagent and cobalt shows an absorption maximum at 605nm with an apparent molar absorptivity of 9.44×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 in the buffer solution with pH9.6. Beers law is obeyed in the range of 0~13ug/25mL cobalt. This method has been used for determination of Co in VB 12 with satisfactory results.
