School is a place for fostering talented persons. How to cultivate qualified students with overall development in moral, intellectual and physical aspects is a heavy task confronting each educational worker. An analysis is made of the social, economic and family factors, with moral education as the focal point. Based on the overall analysis of the multiple influential factors, appropriate counter measures are discussed .
