以德治校的影响因素及其对策的思考

摘要 学校是培养人才的场所,如何培养出德智体全面发展的社会主义建设的合格人才,是摆在我们每个教育工作者面前的一付重担。本文围绕以德治校的中心论点,从分析社会因素、经济因素、家庭因素三个方面入手,全面论证影响这一过程的诸多因素,并且探讨了解决问题的对策。 School is a place for fostering talented persons. How to cultivate qualified students with overall development in moral, intellectual and physical aspects is a heavy task confronting each educational worker. An analysis is made of the social, economic and family factors, with moral education as the focal point. Based on the overall analysis of the multiple influential factors, appropriate counter measures are discussed .
