Countering the two fashionable terms, Fourth-Generation Language and Object-Oriented, the article puts forward that the highest of computer language is Fourth-Generation Language; the most popular method of program design is Object-Oriented Method. The combine of Fourth-Generation Language and Object-Oriented technical will produce more convenent and efficient computer language.
