雷管设计理论创新

摘要 该文叙述了对新型煤矿许用瞬发电雷管进行的研制。通过在雷管的猛炸药中加入空气载体为敏化剂进行设计理论研究和实验,取消雷管中做为传爆作用的猛炸药二次装药,在猛炸药装药总量减少50%的情况下,提高了雷管的作功能力和瓦斯安全性,并使雷管体积微型化,简化了工艺,较大幅度地降低了雷管的制造成本。该研究成果在雷管的设计理论上。有较大地创新,对爆破器材行业技术进步将有较大影响。 This article narrates the process of developing the new type of permitted instantaneous detonators for coal mine. The new idees for designing detonators begins with a series of experiment by adding sensitizer which is air as medium to the high explosion, and cancels the second charge that plays the role of booster. Such innovations resuits in reduction of tola, amount change by 50 per cent, improvement on the blasting power and safety, sanaller size, simplified process and greatly lowering cost of manufacture. This study has shour a breakthrough in designing detonators, and has quite effect on the technique, progress of blasting indusery.
