摘要
采用MAOPS、AM和AA合成了两性离子磺酸盐聚合物CPS-2000。室内试验评价了CPS-2000在淡水、盐水、饱和盐水、复合盐水、氯化钙盐水钻井液中的作用.以及CPS-2000在各种钻井液体系中的抗污染能力,并与现场常用聚合物进行了对比。试验结果表明,合成出的两性离子磺酸盐共聚物CPS-2000.在各种钻井液体系中均具有较强的降滤失作用,还具有较强的提粘切能力;具有较强的耐温和抗盐、抗钙能力,热稳定性好,具有较强的抑制性.能有效控制泥页岩水化分散、控制膨润土及固相含量,其抑制枯土水化膨胀、防止地层坍塌的能力明显优于乙烯基磺酸盐聚合物PAMS601,其抗温抗盐能力明显优予现场常用的丙烯酸多元共聚物,尤其是在含有Ca2+、Mg2+离子的钻井液体系中,CPS-2000具有更优的性能,在使用普通聚合物无效的情况下仍可较好地控制钻井液的滤失量。
The amphoteric sulfonated polymer CPS-2000 is composed of MAOPS, AM and AA. Laboratory tests evaluate the effects of CPS-2000 in the drilling fluid systems of fresh water, salt water, saturated water, composite saltwater, calcium chloride saltwater, and its contamination resistance in various drilling fluid systems, and its effects are compared with that of the conventional polymer. Testing results show that CPS-2000 has better fluid loss controlling and viscosity-shearing improving capability in all the drilling fluid systems; it also has higher temperature tolerance, better salt and calcium resistance, good thermal stability and better inhibition. It can effectively inhibit clay hydration and inflation, and its hole sloughing control capability is remarkably better than that of the vinyl sulfonated polymer PAMS601; and its salt and calcium resistance is also remarkably better than that of the acrylic copolymer conventional for field use. CPS-2000 exhibits much better performances especially in the drilling fluid systems containing Ca2+ and Mg2+ions, when the conventional polymers are ineffective, it still can effectively control the filtration of drilling fluid.
