介绍了MOSTB精密平流泵设计思路、结构原理以及优点;同时重点介绍该泵在渗透率梯度测试仪上的应用。评价钻井液、完井液入井后保护油气层的效果时,使用了智能渗透率梯度测试仪,该套仪器主要由精密平流泵、多点测压的岩心夹持器系统、数据采集系统、计算机及软件处理系统等部分组成,精密平流泵在实验流程中起着十分重要的作用,流量参数可以通过R-232通信接口传输到计算机上,出口计量的电子天平或量简可以省去,精密平流泵的设定值即是出口的流量值,流量误差小于1%。该泵用于岩心多点渗透率以及渗透率恢复值测试,进而优选出保护油气层的钻井液、完井液配方,对指导科研和生产都具有十分重要的意义。该泵驱替压力高(60 MPa)、流量分辨率高(0.01mL/min)、驱替压力波动很小(0.01 MPa),还可以定流量输送,操作简单方便,体积小,性价比高。
The design considerations, structure and basic principle, and its creative points of MOSTB precise advection pump are described, and mainly focused on its application in the permeability gradient testing instrument. The intelligent permeability gradient testing instrument is used for evaluating the reser voir protection results with drilling fluid and completion fluid in the hole. The instrument is mainly consisted of the precise advection pump, core holder of multiple pressure testing, data collecting system, and computer and software processing system, etc. , in which the precise advection pump is the key instrument. The parameters of flow rate can be transmitted to the computer through R-232 communication port, and electric balance or measuring cylinder for outlet measuring can be omitted as the set value of the precise advection pump is the outlet flow rate, with a error of less than 1%. The pump is used to measure the core permeability and permeability recovery from multiple points, and then optimize the drilling fluid and completion fluid formulations good for reservoir protection. The pump has such advantages as high displacement pressure (60 MPa) , high flow rate resolution (0. 01mL/min), small surge on displacement pressure (0. 01 MPa), regulated flow rate transmission, easy operation, small volume and cost effective.
