摘要
研制成功世界上第一台LD泵浦的M-NYAB自倍频激光器。比目前LD泵浦的NYAB自倍频激光器性能更好:输出波长为0.531μm的绿色激光,容易得到基横模运转,阈值泵浦功率降低三分之一以上,为8.2mw,输出功率达到22.5mW,斜效率达3.8%。文中简单报导了实验结果。
The first M-NYAB self-doubling laser pumped by LD in the world has been developed. The properties of the lasers are much better thanthat of NYAB self-doubling laser pumped by LD. All of M-NYAB selfdoubling laser pumped by LD can operate in TEM00 mode with 8.2 mW of threshold pumping power which is two third power of the NYAB selfdoubling laser pumped by LD. The output power of 0.531 μm green laser is 22. 5 mW with 3. 8% of slope effeciecy.
