摘要
指出了数字记录仪测量误差的随机性和非线性,在国际上首次提出了由数字仪的指数波响应计算截波测量误差的新方法,给出了由数字仪的指数波响应求冲击响应和截波测量误差的计算公式,根据相关法推导了数字仪的采样初相位,从而解决了数字仪截波测量误差计算的难题。最后,给出了390AD数字记录仪的截波测量误差。
This paper points randomness and non-linearity of measurement errors of digitizers. A new method for calculation of the chopped impulse measurement errors from exponential wave responses of digitizer is presented first time in the world. Calculation formulas of impulse response from exponential wave response of digitizer and chopped impulse measurement errors are given. Initial phase of sample from correlative method is deduced. Thus, the difficult problem concerning calculation of the chopped impulse measurement errors of digital recorders is solved.Finally, chopped impulse measurement errors of 390 AD digitizer are given.
