摘要
研究芦笋香菇绿豆汁对人体高脂血症的影响 ,结果表明 :芦笋香菇绿豆汁可显著降低高脂血症患者血清TG、TC、LDL -C浓度及 (TC—HDL -C) /HDL -C ,增高血清HDL -C浓度 (p <0 .0 1 ) .
In order to investigate the effect of Asparagus and Lentiuns and Mung bean mixed juice on human hyperlipidemia,the experiment was conducted as follows.The therapeutic effects of vegetable mixed juice on hyperlipimia in 22 people were investigated.The subjects ingested 120 mL juice per day.After 4 weeks,the average values of TC and TG and LDL-C were significantly decreased by 0.95,1.39 and 0.68?mmol/L respectively,the HDL-C was significantly increased by 0.13?mmol/L(p<0.01) The atherosclerosis index (TC-HDL-C/HDL-C)was decreased by 1.95(p<0.01) From the date presented,it suggests that the vegetable mixed jujce may exert a beneficial in fluence on human hyperlipidemia.
