眉县杨家村新出青铜器研究

Studies on Bronzes from Meixian

陕西眉县杨家村于今年1月19日发现一处西周青铜器窖藏，共出器物27件，均有铭文，堪称新世纪初一项重大考古发现，已在学术界及社会公众间引起轰动。这次新出青铜器有高度的学术意义和艺术价值，深入研究需要较长时间，而首先要做的是铭文的释读和年代的推定。本文想环绕这两方面，提出一些个人看法，向大家请教。

The 27 bronzes uncovered from a Western Zhou hoard at Meixian in this January are all inscribed. of them, a Zuo basin bears an inscription referring to posthumous titles of the Western Zhou kings and the genealogy of the owners of the vessels; the Zuo tripod of the 42nd year relates the enfeoffment of to Yang, and the war against the Rong;the tripod of the 43rd year refers to the officials and laws. The maker of these vessels is no other than the person who made the basin of discovered in the Qing Dynasty and the Zuo bell unearthed at Yangjiacun in 1985.Judging from the inscriptions and other materials from the cemetery of Marquises of Jin and the cemetery of Guo State, the hoard should be dated to the later hall of the reign period of King of Xuan.
