一种新型晶闸管中频电源起动电路

New control circuit for thyristor medium-frequency power supply

针对晶闸管中频电源研制中起动问题这一难点,提出了一种由锁相环构成逆变触发电路,采用扫频式零压软起动方式的中频电源控制电路,并给出了试验样机的试验结果。试验证明,该电路简单实用,起动成功率高。

Aiming at the difficulty to start,this paper provides a new control circuit for thyristor medium frequency power supply.The circuit softly starts the power supply in the way of sweeping-frequency and zero-voltage,and the inverter trigger circuit of it is made up with phase-locked loop.The experimental results show that the new control circuit is simple and efficiency.The ratio of successful start is very high.
