传统住区更新中情感延续的思考

Reflection on the Extension of Sentiment in the Renewal of Traditional Residential Areas

传统住区由于尺度小、生活设施匮乏、老化等原因,物质环境正日趋衰落,居民对传统住区的心理认同感正逐渐失去。为探求延续传统住区情感更新的方法,文章结合咸阳明城北大街区段的规划实证,提出传统住区的情感延续可通过重现住区肌理延续、发展传统住区的生活、改善设施、整治历史环境等方式获得新的生命。

The material environment in traditional residential areas is declining due to their being small in size, short of living facilities and aging, etc.The residents psychological identification with the traditional residential areas is gradually disappearing. To find a way to extend the sensibilitiesin the renewal of traditional residential areas, the paper, by demonstration in association with the planning of the North Street Block in XianyangMinghcheng District, proposes that the extension of sensibilities in traditional residential areas can be achieved by recurring the texture of theresidential areas, developing the traditional life in the residential areas and improving the facilities in the traditional areas.[
