高校体育竞赛改革探析

Reform of college sports competition rules

运用“健康第一”的思想探究了目前我国普通高校体育竞赛中存在的问题 ,并提出了改革的措施 ,即要充分挖掘体育竞赛的思想性 ,体育竞赛要面向全体学生 。

This paper analyzed problems existing in college sports competition with the ideology of 'health first'. Reform measures,which include unearthing the ideology of sports competition,making the competition geared to the needs of the students and developing the students active sports exercise ability and sports appreciation ability are put forth.
