Developing refereeing ability in volleyball is not only the need of improving quality of volleyball referees,but also the need of society.Therefore developing students refereeing ability in specialized volleyball classes should be one of the focuses of volleyball teaching.By the design of developing mode of students refereeing ability,the author discusses the matter of developing their refereeing ability.
