摘要
采用 30 s坐椅站立方法 ,连续 2年测试了 16 5和 16 0名 6 0~ 89岁老年人的下肢力量 ,结果表明 ,在这 2年期间各年龄组老年人的下肢力量没有显著性的改变 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,但各年龄组之间有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1)。同时表明 ,经常进行体育锻炼的老年人下肢力量好于不经常进行体育锻炼的老年人 ,差异有显著性意义 (P<0 .0 1) ,证明体育锻炼对延缓老年人下肢功能的衰退起着重要的作用。
By using the method of 30 s chair standing test, the author makes the measurement on lower limbs strength for 165 and 160 aged 60~89 in consecutive two years. The result shows that there is no significant change on lower limb strength among each age group during that two years (P>0.05) ,but there is significant difference between each group (P<0.01) .The elder people who often take part in the sports activity have better lower limbs strength than that not often participating in sports activity, there is significant difference (P<0.01) .It proves that sports activity play an important role for delaying the decline of lower limb function for elder people.
