陕西省学校体育现状分析与发展对策研究

The Countermeasure Research and Current Situation of School Sports in Shanxi Province

采用调查与访问等方法 ,探索了陕西学校体育现状和未来发展策略。结果表明 :城镇学校体育教师数量质量、教学条件及体育工作规范程度明显高于农村学校 ;农村学校尤其是陕北、陕南地区体育经费投入不足 ,学校体育条件较差 ,教学随意性较大 ;发展陕西学校体育应加强边远地区中小学体育投入 ,重点加强农村兼职教师的培养和培训工作。

By using the method of investigation and interview, this article explores the current situation and future development strategy of school sport in Shanxi province. The result shows that quantity and certification of sport teaching staff, teaching condition and the scope of sport affairs in cities and towns are obviously better than those in the countryside, especially the depressed areas. The sport input in countryside areas is short especially in north and south Shanxi. In those areas, sport condition can't catch up with that of city and town. Sport teaching is often under teachers' wishes. In order to develop the sport of Shanxi province, we'd better strength the sport financial input in school of depressed areas. The key importance is to strengthen the training of amateur sport teaching staff in those areas.
