本文从介绍信息的概念与作用开始,侧重叙述信息学的内容,然后介绍了下列几个下属的子课题:即信息管理,信息技术,信息系统,信息革命,信息社会,信息经济,本文目的偏重构筑与介绍信息学的宏观框架体系,限于篇幅,未多涉及框架中的细节。

This paper begins with the introduction of the concept and role of information, emphasizes the content of informatics, and then describes the followiog sub-topics belonged: information management, information technology, information system, information revolution, information society, information economy. This paper puts the force to construct and introduce the macro frarnwork of informatics, and can not refer to the details within this framwork in a short text.
