上海地区“三资”企业情报需求与情报工作调查与研究

The Investigation and research of the Information Needs and Information Work of the Enterprise of Joint Adventure, Cooperation and Moaopoly Capital in the Shanghai Region

本文以上海地区“三资”企业为实例调查对象,主要研究了“三资”企业当前的情报需求类型,获取情报的渠道,感兴趣的情报服务方式等;分析了“三资”企业的情报环境,工作条件与情报交流障碍;总结了上海地区“三资”企业的情报需求与情报工作的特点,并对改善“三资”企业的情报工作与如何更好为“三资”,企业提供情报服务提出了若干建议。

This paper takes the Enterprises of Joint Adventure, Cooperation and Monopoly Capital in the Shanghai region as the object of case investigation, studies current kind of their information needs, the channel to get the information, the mode of information service they feel interesting etc.; analyses their information environment, work condition and the barriers of information communication; summaries the characteristics of their information needs and information work; and raises some suggestions to improve their information work and how to take better information service to them.
