对我国篮球中锋队员身体对抗接触的初步研究

A Study on Body Confronting Contacts of Basketball Centres in China

现代篮球运动发展迅速、比赛紧张激烈 ,技术特点是 :快速、准确、对抗性强。特别是持球队员无论是运球突破 ,还是投篮 ,都必须在身体对抗的情况下完成动作。不敢对抗、不能对抗的技术 ,根本不能适应现代篮球比赛的需要。身体接触性对抗是篮球运动诸多因素中的主要矛盾。针对中锋在比赛中的特殊地位和重要职责 ,对现代优秀中锋进攻特点加以研究 ,为今后中锋教学和训练提供参考。

Contemporary basketball is developing rapidly. Its contests have become more intense. It is featured with fast speed,accuracy,and strong confrontation. No matter when a play is dribbling or shooting,the action must be completed with body confrontation. To have skills which are weak to confront are not at all suitable to the needs of contemporary basketball. Confrontation via body contact is the key focus among the multiple factors of basketball. Given the special position and important role of centres,the article analyses their offensive features,which serves as a reference for coaching and training for basketball centres.
