论情报调研的课题设计

On the Subject Design of Information Research

文章针对我国情报界越来越多地参与软科学研究的实际,认为未来的情报调研,应该遵循软科学研究的一般规范,在开题前注意搞好课题设计。作者认为,课题设计作为一项决策过程,是设计人员把自己的逻辑判断与创造思维有机地结合起来的一种目的明确的意志活动。文章就课题设计的程序和内容,从若干方面进行了探讨。

Based on the actural situation of information circle participating more and more in soft scientific research, this paper deems that future information research should adhere to the general standard of soft science and the subjcct design should be done well before opening subject. The author considers that, as a policy-making eourse, the subject design is a kind of will activity of definite purpose of combining the logic judgement with the creative thought of the designer. The paper discusses the program and contents of subject design from several respects.
