摘要 对赛艇运动员一次性大负荷的测功仪运动和不同强度的专项力量练习后的血清尿素的变化进行研究。实验结果显示血清尿素浓度不仅受运动强度、时间的影响 ,也受运动类型的影响。力量训练容易使血清尿素浓度升高 ;相同的练习类型与时间下 ,强度刺激越大 ,血清尿素升高越大 ; The purpose of the article was study the effect of different training on serum urea after a model of a 90% maxpower indoor rowing and strength training of two different load in the Zhejiang Rowers.It is concluded the serum urea was influenced by the item of sports prefer to the intensity and time of exercise.The strength training seems to be more responsible for the high level of serum urea.Under the same type and time of the training,the level of serum urea is in proportion to the intensity.In the low intensity exercise,the clearance of urea may be enhanced.
