摘要
采用实验对比法 ,观察 1次和 1周下坡跑训练对大鼠血清CK、LDH的影响。结果显示 ,1次运动后即刻 ,大鼠血清CK、LDH活性迅速上升 ,然后逐渐下降 ,运动后 7天虽明显恢复 ,但仍未到达正常值 ;1周运动后 ,大鼠血清CK、LDH活性的变化趋势类似 1次运动组 ,但各点均低于 1次运动组 ,且 7天后恢复到正常值。提示 :连续离心运动可加速 1次离心运动后肌肉损伤的恢复 ,机体对运动逐渐产生适应。
By experimental contrast,the authors investigate the effects of downhill running once and for a week on the serum CK and LDH of rat.The results show that the levels of serum CK and LDH were improved rapidly immediately after exercise,then decreased gradually.Seven days later,it recovered obviously,but not to the normal value.After a week exercise,the change tendency of serum CK and LDH was similar to that of the once exercise group,but every value was lower than that of the once exercise group.After seven days,it recovered to the normal.These results suggest that the recovery of the damage after the first training had been accelerated by the continuous eccentric exercise,the subjects gradually adapted to exercise.
