摘要 观察丹参对运动负荷后小鼠心肌 ATP含量的影响。实验结果表明 :通过注射丹参 ,小鼠心肌在有氧系统供应充足的情况下 ,ATP值有所提高 ,即注射丹参运动组比无注射组有显著提高。这说明丹参对改善训练者的能量代谢 ,从而提高运动能力 。 The effects of roots of red sage on myocardium ATP contents in mice were observed after loading. The results of the experiment showed that under the condition of plenteous supply of the aerobic system the ATP contents of the myocardium of the mice were increased after the injection of the liquid roots of red sage. Namely, the ATP contents of the injected group of mice were improved more remarkably than those of the non injected group, showing that the roots of red sage play positive role in improving the energy metabolism of the trainers so as to improve physical performance and delay the sports fatigue production.
