不同体能女大学生有氧工作能力的比较研究 被引量:2

Comparison and Study of Aerobic Capacity in Female Students with Different Physical Efficiency

摘要 测定了体育系 (PED)、生物系 (BD)女生的 V O2 max、VT(% V O2 max)及亚极量恒负荷运动前后的心率(HR)、血乳酸 (Bla)、主观体力负荷评估表 (RPE)。结果认为 :1)体育系女生 V O2 max、VT(% V O2 max)较高 ,提示其体能水平即有氧工作能力明显高于一般女大学生。 2 )体育系女生静息及亚极量负荷运动时的 HR、运动后的 BL a及 RPE明显低于生物系女生。说明在相同的相对负荷应激下 ,有氧工作能力较高者生理反应较小 ,无氧供能比重较低 。 The maximal oxygen consumption (O 2max ), %O 2max (VT), heart rate (HR) and blood lactate acid (BLa) before and after submaximal exercises with constant workloads as well as rating of perceived exertion (RPE) were measured in female students of physical education department (PED) and biology department (BD). The results indicated: (1) The O 2max and %O 2max of PED female students were high, which prompted that their physical efficiency level (aerobic capacity) was remarkably higher than that of general female students. (2) The HR at rest and during submaximal intensive exercises, the BLa after exercises and RPE in PED female students were remarkably lower than those of the BD female students. It was demonstrated that at the same stress of relative loads the better aerobic performance she possesses, the less her physiological response is.Her anaerobic metabolic percentage is lower and her fatigue occurs latter.
