Competition is an impetus to marcketing economy, while monopoly is an obstac1e to competition. For the time being, the construction of marcketing economy system in China is in a crucial movement. Marcketing competition is of tem distorted and monopoly is getting stronger. There is a ergent need for law of antimonopoly.
