摘要
当前 ,腐败现象的滋生蔓延加剧 ,这是两种体制转换时期不可避免的现象 ,主要原因在于国内外各种腐朽思想的侵蚀 ,也同我们自身工作和管理不健全、不完善有关。反腐败斗争必须依靠群众 ,从领导干部抓起 ,加大思想教育和法制教育的力度 。
Nowadays,the multiplieation of corruption phenomenon aggravates.It is an unavoidable phenomenon during the period of system transformation.The main reason lies in the corrosion of all kinds of decadent thoughts from home and abroad.In addtion,it is related to our defective work and management. We must depend on the masses and pay special attention to the cadres,and we must strengthen education of the legal system and education of ideology to eradicate the soil in which corruprions grow and develop.
